I am a forensic engineer with over a decade of experience working in the insurance industry assisting adjusters and attorneys investigate claims, pursue subrogation, and defend liability.  I am a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer (PE) as well as a NAFI Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator (CFEI).  I also hold the NAFI designation of Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator (CVFI).  I have years of experience investigating water, fire, gas, electrical and vehicle claims.  I have specialty experience investigating home appliance failures including dishwashers, refrigerators and water heaters.  In addition to field investigations, I also have a fully equipped lab for appliance testing and component testing and accept items from anywhere in the country for evaluation.

I am based in Sacramento, CA and am proud to readily provide services in all of Northern California including the San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Cruz, Fresno, Redding and Eureka areas.  I am also able to and regularly provide services in other regions and states including Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington.
